Wes Carpenter is a Vice President of Southern Constructors, Inc., where he focuses on estimating and project management for heavy civil construction, utility construction, and more recently, water and wastewater facilities. He began his construction career on the Geotechnical Engineering team for TDOT and then transitioned to project management. His diverse portfolio has allowed him to develop a proven track record of effectively managing projects of various types. Wes is actively involved with the NUCA.
