In addition to weekly toolbox talks conducted on each job site, SCI holds quarterly safety meetings to ensure all employees are aware of important safety topics and procedures. Our relentless commitment to safety is evidenced by national, state, and local awards, including the Build Knoxville Award for Safety Excellence.
Our Promise To You
Southern Constructors covers costs of the following safety certifications for all employees, and requires them for all supervisors and project managers:
- • CPR First Aid Certification
- • TN Erosion Prevention & Sediment Certification – EPSC Level 1
- • ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor Certification
- • 10-Hour OSHA Training
