Tim Horton serves as a Project Manager and Estimator for Southern Constructors, Inc. His duties include safety oversight, subcontractor management, and material purchasing. He has been involved in various notable projects for clients including the University of Tennessee, Knox County, the Knoxville Utilities Board, and the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT).
Tim is the current chairman of the Construction Leadership Council for the Associated General Contractors of Tennessee, and is actively involved with TRBA and TCA. He is also a participant in the Knoxville Leadership Foundation’s Operation Backyard program.
