Terry Snelling serves as General Superintendent for Southern Constructors, Inc. An integral part of daily field operations, Terry is involved with project oversight across all divisions of SCI’s work. He manages field employees and assists SCI project managers and superintendents to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget. He has overseen projects for clients including the University of Tennessee, the City of Knoxville, and Witt Utility District.
