Casey Carr, PE, serves as a Project Manager for Southern Constructors, Inc. and is a certified Professional Engineer in both Tennessee and North Carolina. He has managed projects ranging from commercial buildings and bridge repairs to intersection improvements and water booster stations. His responsibilities include preconstruction services and working with designers and owners on design-build projects. He also works with the SCI marketing team. Casey is actively involved with AGC and TCA, and is a participant in the Knoxville Leadership Foundation’s Operation Backyard program.
